Your Mavericks traveled across town to Fort Worth to participate in the 21st Annual Cowtown Tournament where they posted a 2-1 record for a 3rd place finish. See Results page for game write up.

MAVERICK RUGBY FINISH 3RD at 2006 WESTERNS

Maverick Rugby beat Northlands (KC), 25-12 in their first match on Saturday but lost a hard fought match later in the afternoon to defending Western Champion New Mexico Highlands, 18-10. Your Mavericks had one their most successful seasons ever and finished with an overall record of 11-5. We look forward to building on it and making a longer run in the 2007 playoffs.

Thanks to all who came out to help the club this year and we look forward to seeing you this Summer and again in the Fall.

MAVERICK RUGBY HITS HOME RUN AT B4

The Annual Butterbean Baseball, Beer and BBQ was as much fun as last year! Fun had by all. From the Post Office Wall to the Rangers JumboTron the Mavericks continue their rein of terror throughout the MetroPlex.

MAVERICKS WIN 2003 TRU CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Mavericks rolled over the South #1 seed and previously undefeated Austin Huns 27-5 and then defeated Baton Rouge (who dismantled DARC 42-8 in their semi-final) by a 20-13 margin to take the Texas Rugby Union Championship, then moved on to finish fourth in the West.
